adequate room clean bathroom poor service faulty shower head
the location was convenient , about a five-minute walk to the masjid nabawi. the room size was adequate , easily accommodating our luggage. the bathroom was also a decent size and it was clean.
the shower head was faulty , and water spilled everywhere.

convenient location food options clean bathroom
the location was convenient. it was near the mosque, great. i appreciated the proximity to various food and coffee options too. the staff cooperated well, and the bathroom was clean.
the ac unit was quite loud. it sounded as if i was staying in a generator room. this made sleeping difficult at times.

the hotel features spacious rooms including well-kept bathrooms, which are definitely family-friendly. a mini coffee bar is conveniently located in the lounge. the hotel also offers very good service and operates at a high standard, seemingly that of a 4-star hotel.

the hotel offered a budget menu, which i recommend for those watching their expenses. the food was AMAZING!!! the restaurant staff were hospitable. they were also very accommodating when addressing our dining needs, especially with the special dinner prepared for us.

excellent location and friendly staff
great location helpful staff
the location near the mosque was a highlight of my stay, just a short walk to gate 37. the size of the room was good for my needs, with four single beds. the staff was helpful and accommodating. the bathroom was clean , and i found the shops and canteen on the hotel floor convenient.
i experienced a power cut one day. the buzzing noise when locking and unlocking the door was also a disturbance, particularly at night.

the staff at the reception desk were helpful, especially with the fast check-in. mr abdulrahman alharby provided excellent service, and mr saad alharby ensured a fast check-out , both demonstrating a high level of professionalism.

The hotel's location is very close to the mosque. Rooms are clean and the staff offer daily cleaning services. Overall I found it a GOOD experience.
I did notice the shower wasn't working as expected. dinner choices were limited, and I thought the price didn't reflect the quality.

The staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. They addressed my queries promptly. Room service was available upon request and provided fresh towels, with additional toiletries supplied when needed. The concierge was useful in arranging transportation.
